I have always been interested in aviation history, so here are some focusing on some famous inter-war biplanes. The first - the Handley Page 42 airliner - was particularly associated with Croydon Airport in the 1930's. Below left is the Gloster Gladiator biplane - with another local (Kenley aerodrome) association. Below right is the DeHavilland Dragon Rapide, and below that a DH Tiger Moth flying over the South Downs.
